Delete Your Account

Request permanent deletion of your Anaya Care account and personal data.

Before You Delete

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you will lose access to all your data, including shift history, certifications, and messages. If you're experiencing issues, please contact our support team first.

How to Request Deletion

Submit Request

Send an email to support@anayacare.com with subject 'Account Deletion Request'

Identity Verification

We'll verify your identity to protect your account from unauthorized deletion

Processing Period

Your request will be processed within 30 days of verification

Confirmation

You'll receive an email confirming your account has been deleted

Include your registered email address and full name in the request.

Delete From the App

You can also request account deletion directly from the Anaya Care mobile app:

  1. Open the Anaya Care app
  2. Tap your profile icon to access your profile
  3. Tap the Settings icon (gear icon)
  4. Scroll down to the Account section
  5. Tap Delete Account
  6. Confirm your decision in the popup

Deletion Timeline

Your account deletion request will be processed within 30 calendar days from the date we verify your identity. During this period:

  • •Your account will be deactivated immediately
  • •You will be logged out of all devices
  • •You can contact support to cancel the deletion if you change your mind

Data That Will Be Deleted

  • Personal information (name, email, phone number)
  • Profile photos and uploaded documents
  • Chat messages and conversation history
  • Application history and job preferences
  • Device tokens and notification settings
  • App usage data and preferences

Data Retained for Compliance

  • Health records (retained for 7 years per HIPAA requirements)
  • Shift records and timesheets (retained for legal compliance)
  • Financial transaction records (retained per tax regulations)
  • Audit logs (retained for security and compliance)
  • Data required by court order or legal obligation

This data is retained only as required by law and is not accessible after account deletion.

We take data protection seriously. All deletion requests are handled in compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA regulations.
