Anaya Care provides a comprehensive care management platform designed for healthcare professionals, care providers, and families. Our Service includes care planning, scheduling, communication tools, and assessment features.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Anaya Care and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Payment Terms
Certain features of the Service may require payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. Prices are subject to change with notice. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anaya Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Anaya Care and its affiliates from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
